Born4Love Coaching provides relationship and dating coaching services designed to offer guidance, support, and strategies for personal growth. While we strive to help clients improve their confidence and approach to relationships, we do not guarantee any specific outcomes. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Meeting a soulmate

• Entering into a romantic relationship

• Achieving dating success

Every individual’s circumstances, experiences, and emotional readiness are unique. Results depend on factors beyond our control, including personal choices, external influences, and individual effort.

By engaging with Born4Love Coaching, you acknowledge that coaching is a process of support and empowerment, not a promise of results. We cannot be held responsible for the success or failure of any relationship or dating experience.

2. Confidentiality & Privacy

We respect your privacy and are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of all information shared during coaching sessions. Your personal details and discussions will not be disclosed to third parties without your consent, except where required by law or to prevent harm.

3. Client Responsibilities

To achieve the best possible outcomes, clients are expected to:

• Engage actively in the coaching process.

• Be honest and open during sessions.

• Take responsibility for their own decisions and actions.

Born4Love Coaching provides guidance, but the implementation of strategies and choices remains the client’s responsibility.

4. Limitation of Liability

Born4Love Coaching shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss arising from the use of our services. Coaching is not a substitute for professional therapy, counselling, or medical advice. Clients should seek appropriate professional support for mental health or medical concerns.

5. Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for session cancellations.

• Refunds: Refunds are not available for completed sessions. Pre-paid packages may be refunded at our discretion, subject to any sessions already delivered.

• Missed Sessions: Failure to attend a scheduled session without notice may result in forfeiture of that session.

6. Governing Law

These Terms of Business are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend Your access immediately to our service, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if You breach these Terms and Conditions. Upon termination, Your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of the products and services provided, Born4Love Coaching maintains a strict no-refund policy. This policy is in effect without exceptions and includes the following specific terms:

Access and Waiver: Upon receipt of your payment, you are granted immediate access to the program. This access constitutes the fulfillment of our service commitment to you, and as such, all payments are final. By accepting these terms and making a payment, you acknowledge that this access waives any right to a refund.

Access Issues: The inability to access the program immediately after your transaction does not constitute grounds for a refund. We strive to ensure continuous accessibility to our services, and temporary access issues are typically resolved promptly. Please contact our support team for assistance if you encounter any access problems.

Exceptions for Overcharges: The only exception to our no-refund policy will be in cases of a clear human error resulting in a duplicated payment. If you are inadvertently charged more than once for the same transaction, Born4Love Coaching will refund the additional transaction(s) upon notification and verification of the error.

By agreeing to these terms, you fully understand that once you are granted access to the program, you forfeit any right to a refund.

Indemnification: By using any third-party services in conjunction with the tools provided by Born4Love Coaching you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Born4Love Coaching from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from your use of such third-party services.

All content, strategies, and information provided within Born4Love Coaching are the proprietary intellectual property of Born4Love Coaching Unauthorized duplication, replication, or distribution of any elements of the program, including but not limited to strategies, information, and materials, without express written consent from the founders is strictly prohibited.

Third-party duplication or representation of the program is only permissible through a licensed franchise agreement, which must be directly authorized and provided by the founders for a fee. Unauthorized parties are not permitted to misrepresent themselves as founders or as officially associated with Born4Love Coaching

Violation and Enforcement

If you are found or reported to be in violation of these terms by duplicating, replicating, or misrepresenting the program or its content, you will face immediate termination of all access to the program, including all entry points. Legal action may also be taken to protect the intellectual property rights of Born4Love Coaching and you may be subject to damages for trademark infringement and deceptive practices.

We take the protection of our intellectual property seriously and will actively enforce our rights to ensure the integrity of our program and the trust of our users.
